		<description>All that sounds good but don&#039;t ruin a perfect thing with throwing it in the microwave.....I did the same thing for years, and realized when I took my microwave out that it only added 5 minutes to my cooking time.</description>

		<description>My favorite breakfast is taking 1/2 cup Quick Oats 1 cup Skim Milk Cinnamon Vanilla 1tbs. wheat germ and 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites or 2 Egg Whites and mix in a bowl.  Put in microwave for 1 1/2 min and let sit for 1 min.  Sprinkle with a little Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and dig in!  You wont be hungry for hours!</description>
