I found 20 minutes of inline skating works more muscles than speed walking, running, or riding a bike ever could.

I liked your advice about not counting calories. When you become obsessed with calorie counting and what you 'should' and 'shouldn't eat, life can become very boring and all the time you are sending out a message that you are overweight and definitely not okay. When you focus on 'weight', guess what? you get more of it! Thinking 'fat' thoughts can literally end up with you putting on, or maintaining your fat. Think 'slim' healthy thoughts if you want to manifest a slim healthy body. If you start to love yourself and care for yourself on all levels and there will be no desire to overeat.
