Look deep into your eyes and repeat your affirmations with conviction. Remember to stick to the positive and stay away from the negative. Your mind has a tendency to take the easy road, so instead of saying I will lose weight, concentrate on being thin and skinny. Focus on the positive and train your brain to do your bidding.
