		<description>do u have pilates tapes available....cause i have never tried pilates...always tae bo, aerobics, yoga and strength training....i am seeing results....my hips have gotten smaller and i&#039;m counting my caloric intake....plus i&#039;m exercising four to five days sometimes twice a day.....and yes i want sex......it is indeed heighten!</description>
