  1. do u have pilates tapes available….cause i have never tried pilates…always tae bo, aerobics, yoga and strength training….i am seeing results….my hips have gotten smaller and i’m counting my caloric intake….plus i’m exercising four to five days sometimes twice a day…..and yes i want sex……it is indeed heighten!
