		<description>I agree - the back has some of theist critical muscles on your body. I know as I have a dodgy back. But I still make it to the gym or else my back feels pretty grotty when I don&#039;t work out.

But I have to say that my back looks pretty good but only because my body fat&#039;s pretty low. My lower back isn&#039;t as strong as it looks. 

So not everything&#039;s what it seems.
