Beginning a fitness program takes guts. It also requires inspiration and determination. If you really want to get fit, you have to go all out. You may find it necessary to change many of your old habits, exchange exercise for lounging on the couch and snack on carrot sticks instead of potato chips.

Many women begin an exercise and diet program full of guts, inspiration and determination; but somewhere between day number two and day number 60, the motivation ceases to exist. Sadly, once the motivation is lost, all the guts, inspiration and determination in the world don’t seem enough to get you back into the groove.

If you need some help staying motivated, try following these 10 tips:

1.	Prioritize your goals. Long term goal: up to 12 months for fitness, medium range goal should be at a 3 month marker and short term goal could be at 2 weeks. Post these somewhere that you will see them every day.
2.	Confide your fitness goals to three positive minded people. This is not a time for nay-sayers so you want to announce your goals to people who believe in success.
3.	Find a partner or friend to exercise with. If none of your friends are game, then hire a personal trainer or try to become friends with someone at the gym. Having someone to work out with makes it much more enjoyable and less boring.
4.	Plan your meals ahead of time. Nothing throws off a diet more than not having easily accessible healthy foods to eat. Deny temptation by replacing sugar laden and fatty foods with healthy whole foods that are deliciously appetizing.
5.	Create a journal to keep account of what you eat and drink each day. Be sure to record all of your physical activities too. Charting your progress helps to keep you motivated to keep improving.
6.	Remember that everyone is unique and realize that it may take you longer to lose weight than someone else. Don’t let that discourage you from working towards your goal.
7.	Start each day with a positive affirmation. Concentrate on what you are rather than what you are not.
8.	Reward yourself for your achievements. A new blouse or new jeans can really make you feel special about the weight you have already lost, and will help to keep you motivated to continue your fitness regimen.
9.	Make healthy eating a family affair. Enlist family members to help in food preparation and swap fatty, calorie-laden foods with healthier choices.
10.	Mix up your exercise routine. Pick 3 days a week to participate in Fun activities. Swimming, bike riding, skating, running or even walking are all fun ways to get aerobic exercise.

Certain times of the year we seem motivated to begin a fitness program. After the holidays is one time, but the other time of the year is in the late spring. As we shed our winter clothing, it becomes obvious that we also need to shed some pounds too. January and May are some of the busiest months for gym memberships, but women’s fitness should be an all year ‘round event, not a twice a year craze.

After the first of the year, women like to start the New Year off by promising to get in shape. The overindulgence of the holidays usually has us feeling like we need to pay special attention to our ever-increasing waistline. Although some women may not have the tendency to gain weight during this time, they may have taken a short break from fitness just to get through the holidays. The move from one calendar year to another is a great motivator to the mind to make healthy lifestyle changes.

However, many New Year’s resolutions end before they even begin. We find ourselves inundated with responsibilities and habits that haven’t changed from the year before and whatever was keeping us from meeting our fitness goals from the previous year are still with us the following year. It takes more than a calendar to keep us motivated to stick to our fitness goals.

There’s certainly a type of madness behind the fitness craze. Sometimes the madness works to our advantage, but many times it fails us because it is not plausible in our everyday lives. Choosing a fitness plan that you can live by is one of the best ways to ensure you stick to your plan and are able to meet your goals.

Fitness4Her offers a diet that you can live by, an exercise program that is easy to follow and a journal to show you the results. This trilogy of fitness is a fantastic way to help you lose weight and get in shape. Along with the diet, exercise and journal, Fitness4Her offers support with helpful tips, blogs and interesting articles that share the fitness craze to motivate all women to make intelligent changes for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

If your goal is women’s fitness, you want to feel and look your very best. It’s easy to identify the need but not always so easy to stay focused on the goal. Focus gets clouded when you become distracted. You must keep your target in sight at all times if you really want to stay focused on reaching your goal. There are so many ways to become sidetracked or even give up if your goal is not met in a short time. The problem with that is that most goals worthy of achievement must be worked on day after day for a long period of time, or in the case of fitness, you must be willing to work on it for a lifetime.

Women’s fitness is a lifelong achievement. We aren’t talking about simply gaining or losing weight. We are talking about attaining a healthy fitness level that will improve your health and happiness and make you feel better physically, mentally and spiritually.

One way to stay focused is to keep a fitness journal of everything you eat and drink and all of the activities and exercise that you do. Keep track of your weight loss or weight gain and use the journal to determine what works for you. Staying focused on what you eat and how much you exercise takes a commitment to your fitness goal.

Fitness4Her helps you to focus on your women’s fitness program by offering a diet that you can live by, an exercise program that is easy-to-follow and a journal to show you the results. With tools like these, it’s easy to stay focused on women’s fitness and make changes in your lifestyle for a healthier body, mind and soul.

You need only to believe it, in order to achieve it. Fitness4Her can help you look and feel your very best with a women’s fitness program that will work for you.

Is your fitness goal on your mind all the time? The more your mind stays focused on your fitness goal, the better chance you have of achieving it. The best way to put it in your conscious mind all the time is to sit down and write out your goals. The reason for this is because your goal isn’t a temporary thing. It’s probably something you want forever, right? This goal of fitness includes the good health, happiness and energy that you want not only for yourself, but for your family too. That means making changes that last a lifetime.

If you are focused on your goals in your conscious mind, you are much less likely to become distracted. Even without knowing it, you’ll begin to do, say and think things that will get you to that goal and you’ll stop allowing distractions to get in your way. Motivation lives inside you. Writing out your goals in a journal will set you on the right path. Later when you spend time rereading them you will be able to see the results from all of your hard work. This will keep you motivated to work towards the next level.

If you are just beginning a fitness program, make changes gradually to make it easier to see what works for you and what does not. Change up your exercise routine, alternating cardio with strength training exercises and don’t restrict your diet too harshly in the beginning, allow your body time to adjust.

For women in an intermediate or advanced stage of fitness, motivation is usually not a problem. That’s because they have made fitness a regular part of their life. They enjoy the feeling that fitness allows and like the way it brings out their natural beauty. However, everyone needs a little support and encouragement every now and then. It’s never too late to start a fitness journal to challenge your mind and body continuously.

Exercise helps to restore the essence of youth. It can build strength, increase flexibility, and improve the natural functions of the body. Your diet is a main component to your overall health. Choose healthy foods that nourish the female body and give you the energy you need. Fitness4Her makes women’s fitness easy with a diet that you can live by, an exercise program that is easy to follow and a fitness journal to show the results. If you believe it, you can achieve it. Get started today.

Some women are so enthralled in their fitness program that they are motivated simply by their accomplishments. They work out regularly and seem to have no reservations about sticking to a healthy diet. Other women require motivation every day in order to continue their women’s fitness program. Identifying your needs is the first step to determining how much motivation you need to meet your goals.

Setting goals is a motivator in and of itself. When we set goals for any part of our lives, we are giving our brains precise instructions as to what it needs to do to make us happy. Convincing the brain that this is something we really want is a primary force in keeping us motivated. Without the stimulation from the brain, it becomes too easy to shove our fitness goals into a corner when met with any type of conflict. We often give way to responsibilities and tasks and treat fitness as if it’s just a fun activity that holds no merit.

However, women’s fitness is one of the best ways to provide the body and mind with the stability and strength it needs to accomplish everyday tasks. A fit and healthy body means you have more stamina to get all the other things done during the day.

Finding what motivates you is the secret to your success. Some women are motivated by the support of friends and family, while others find the personal aspect of a fitness journal to be the best motivator. Certainly feeling healthier and more attuned to your own body is a great motivator to keep you involved in your exercise and diet plan.

Fitness4Her is a diet, exercise and journal, developed exclusively for women. Along with this trilogy of fitness tools, Fitness4Her offers support in the way of articles, blogs, exercise routines, recipes and helpful tips and reviews on all sorts of fitness products. It’s a great way to stay in shape and connect with other women who have found the many motivating benefits of a women’s fitness program.

Once you have mustered the motivation to begin a fitness program, you will want to look for ways to make this healthy change a permanent part of your lifestyle. Making fitness a healthy habit can be as simple as writing down your achievements. I have found that keeping track of exercise and diet success is a great way to keep motivation at its highest.

Keeping a journal is a powerful way to maintain your motivation and track your achievements. When you devote time every day to writing in your journal, you make a mind body connection that sets your progress in motion. By writing your goals and recording everything that you eat and drink along with writing down all of your exercise, you open your mind to infinite possibilities.

When we write our goals, we activate our inner success mechanism, which starts to attract the good things we desire into our lives. By maintaining an accurate record of our meals and activities we provide a type of backup to help validate our desires. By keeping a journal we can clearly see what works for us, and what doesn’t. Our weekly goals give us a quick check to see how we’re doing and where we want to go from here.

Another great way to stay motivated is to find a fitness friend or workout buddy. Working out with a buddy makes exercising more fun and because you probably don’t want to let your friend down, ensures that you will make it to each session. Be careful not to rely to heavily on your fitness friend, though, because it might turn out that they are less committed than you are. That’s why a personal journal helps to keep you focused and motivated.

The speed of the Internet and the world around us, has conditioned us to expect instant results, yet true success can take time. Your diet and fitness plans should be ever growing and changing. Friends, fitness journals and your inner yearning to make fitness a part of your life are all great ways to keep you motivated. The most important thing is to never give up. Keep reaching for the goal to look and feel your very best and Empower the beauty in you.

Most of us have experienced the thrill of starting something new. Whether it’s exercise or a new venture, the beginning of a new endeavor can be very stimulating and filled with excitement. But after the first 30 days of exercise, sometimes the interest begins to wane, and then over time, the exhilaration that you once felt turns to boredom. It’s hard to keep your interest in something once you become bored with it.

Staying motivated to exercise is important to a women’s fitness program. It takes an awful lot of brain-power and persuasion to continue exercising regularly. Although a woman can become “hooked” on fitness, her brain requires constant stimulation to keep her from becoming lax in her efforts. The more common an activity is to our bodies, the lazier the brain becomes and the less focus it gives to that activity.

When the brain loses interest, the body becomes lazier too. Before a woman realizes it, she’s just going through the motions without concentrating on the muscles being used. The less focus on the muscle, the less stress applied, which means less muscle building and lower fat burning benefits.

The solution to sustaining a successful exercise plan is to bring back the enthusiasm that you once possessed. All is not lost. You can enjoy your fitness program, like you did before. Although, it might sound impossible, there is a way to recapture the thrill for fitness.

1.	Start a fitness journal. If you haven’t already taken this major step in your fitness program, do it now. Keeping an account of what you eat, drink and all of your activities can give you a clear picture of your goals and accomplishments. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and maintain the competitive enthusiasm that you had in the beginning.

2.	Add circuit training or plyometrics to your workout routine. These exercises done very quickly following your regular sets can blast fat and help you drop pounds quickly. Add these to your normal workout routine a couple days a week, to see explosive results. Just seeing the difference these exercises will make to your figure is enough to renew your enthusiasm.

3.	Hire a personal trainer. If you can afford to invest a few dollars in your fitness program, consider hiring a professional trainer to help renew your interest in fitness. Not only can a trainer give you new exercises to do, they can help you with your form, which is of major importance when it comes to reaping the benefits of each move. Also, having a trainer to report to can be a major motivator to staying true to a fitness program.

4.	Take a break from the gym. If you get bored with going to the gym every day. Limit your exercise days to 3 days a week. On the alternate days, choose a fun activity like swimming, skating, jogging, biking or walking. If possible, go outside and enjoy yourself with one of these aerobic activities, but be sure to stay engaged in them for at least 30 minutes.

5.	Fortify your fitness program with knowledge. Read and saturate your mind with informative articles and tips on women’s fitness and health. The more you know about how important physical activity is to the body, the harder it is to sit around idly and deny it.

Believe it to achieve it! Those are the words that I live by. I believe that I can make a difference and then I set out to achieve it. This is true in my women’s fitness program and in everything that I set out to do. I am sure that whether you realize it or not, you have achieved exactly what you have believed was possible. If you don’t believe you can achieve a goal, then you are usually right about that too.

Every great act begins from a single idea. When you get the idea that you can lose weight, you know it is possible to reach that goal. But what may be lacking is your belief in yourself. Do you believe that you have the qualities that it takes to succeed? Qualities like determination and commitment are required to lose weight and get in shape.

Self-doubt can destroy your motivation and keep you from moving closer to your goal. You may need to start with goals that are easily achievable and then move on to the next level. This would be similar to taking baby steps towards your goal. Since the mind plays such a big role in the success of any fitness program, sometimes you need to coax it along with small victories to keep it geared for greater success.

Believing in yourself starts with a clear understanding of what you want and your ability to achieve it. You imagine something for yourself and then plan a means of reaching that goal. Dieting and exercise are great examples of goals that women often conceive. However, due to past failures, some women get caught up in their former results, making it hard for them to believe in present or future success.

You can’t let past experiences to hinder you from going after a goal that you want to achieve. As long as you believe it, you can achieve it.

There is nothing like the proof of something that is written, especially when it has been written or recorded by your own hand.

There is nothing like the proof of something that is written, especially when it has been written or recorded by your own hand. This is especially true when you keep a fitness journal to show your results in women’s fitness. A fitness journal is a great motivator to keep you focused on your goals. Perhaps that is why women who keep a journal of everything they eat and drink and all of their exercise and activities, have a greater chance of success in their fitness program than those women who do not.

Motivation is the key to sticking to a fitness program. It takes determination, hard work and commitment, but it requires constant motivation to keep you from giving up. Motivation is easier when the results are obvious. But many times, like in the case of fitness, the results of your efforts are not so obvious. That’s when you are most likely in jeorpardy of giving up on your fitness goals.

That’s why a written journal is so instrumental to your fitness success. Even small changes in your fitness level can motivate you to stick with your program. From just a few pounds lost to having the stamina to exercise an additional 15 to 30 minutes, these small steps can be compared day-by-day and keep you motivated to reach higher and higher.

When you start your fitness journal, be sure to write down your current weight and fitness level. As you move along in your fitness program you can read your entries from day one and measure your achievements. Without the journal, it would be hard to assess your fitness program clearly, because other than pounds lost, you wouldn’t necessarily know how many inches or how much stronger you have become.

There are inspirational motivators in life that can help you succeed in attaining your goals. But there are also those who actually try to work against your motivation. These people might even resemble assassinators of motivation. For some odd reason, they emit a negative view about everything productive. They seem to have no motivation and don’t want anyone else to have any either. These types of personalities can be fatal to your goals, especially when your goal is a women’s fitness program.

Just like any other goal you have in life, your goal for women’s fitness is one that requires determination, hard work and commitment. That is why you cannot jeopardize your efforts for success by allowing anyone to destroy your motivation.

If these nay sayers are close friends or relatives then you will have to be proactive when dealing with them. Simply tell them of your goals and explain to them that while you love and respect them, you will not tolerate anything or anyone to discourage you from working towards your goals. For those people who are just mere acquaintances or distant friends, steer clear of them for a while. Too much negativity can be too much of a challenge, so if there is a way to eliminate or derail it, then by all means do so.

On the other hand, there are those wonderful people who believe in us and thereby offer motivation for our goals. These people can help you to stay focused and work towards your goal. Their motivation helps to make goals realistic and more attainable.

Fitness4Her offers support and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight or just improve your fitness level, Fitness4Her offers all the tools you need to get in shape.

Changing your diet is not an easy thing to do, however, if you want to lose weight you will probably need to watch what you eat. This takes motivation, because without it, you are just back to your old ways of eating. Women’s fitness includes diet, exercise and healthy living. Fitness4Her offers a diet that is easy to live by, an exercise program that’s simple to follow and a journal to show your results. In addition, Fitness4Her offers support in the way of inspirational motivations that will keep you focused and working toward your fitness goals.
