How do you capture the essence that is inspiration and turn it into a tool for success? First of all, you must really want to succeed, without that desire, the inspiration will die off before you even have a chance to try it out.</p>
<p>It you have ever harnessed a horse; you know that you must be in control or the animal will have his way with you. That is because he outweighs you by hundreds of pounds and if you let him go, you may not be able to encourage him to come back. The same proves true for harnessing your inspiration. It is much bigger than you can even imagine and if you let it go, you might run the risk of having it desert you forever.</p>
<p>To harness the power to succeed, you need to capture your inspiration and develop a plan to make this spark of motivation work for you. Whatever your inspiration for women’s fitness, you will want to put it to the test. How far do you want to go? What results do you anticipate and how long will it take you to realize this goal?</p>
<p>Harnessing the power to succeed is not impossible. Successful people do it all of the time. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many times we rely on our family members to keep us grounded or inspire us to succeed. Our spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, children or extended family can be the best sources of inspiration, standing on the sidelines, cheering us on. However, in some cases they can become the nay-sayers, the ones who discourage us before we even begin. </p>
<p>When the latter is the case, when your loved ones stand in the way of your fitness program, communication can be your ultimate weapon to diffuse their negative vibes. Because fitness is so important to your overall health and your family is an essential part of your life, get to the bottom of their negativity and find out why they are against your efforts for success.</p>
<p>It could be that they think you are spending too much time at the gym or are working too hard. First off, make sure that you are taking care of your obligations like caring for your children and going to work. Assure them that you are aware of your responsibilities and that fitness will help to make you stronger physically, mentally and spiritually so that you can handle all of your obligations not only today but also well into the future.</p>
<p>If their concerns are of a more personal aspect, like they fear you are growing apart from them, it may be time to invite them to share in your workout efforts. Ask them to take long walks with you, play a sport with you or visit the gym the next time that you go. Even if they don’t take you up on it, your gesture of inviting them will go a long way to getting them on board to support your efforts. </p>
<p>Mustering the motivation to stick to a fitness program is not easy. You will find that you need constant support and much of that support can be found within your own family. The more you share your enthusiasm for fitness with them, the more likely they will stand behind your efforts for fitness success.</p>

<p>If you have ever felt inspired to make women’s fitness a priority in your life, then you know how strong the feeling can become. It may be grounded in the fact that you need to make changes for your health, or it may come about because you feel the need to lose some weight. Whatever your reasons for wanting to change your body, the inspiration behind it is what fuels your desire.</p>
<p>In order to find the will to make positive changes in your life, you must be willing to act on your inspiration. Don’t let that song die in your heart. You can capture the inspiration and use it to bring your dreams to reality. You just need to act on it before it is gone.</p>
<p>Upon feeling inspired, write down your fitness goals. Make a plan on how you will go about achieving your goal. The plan doesn’t have to be perfect; a rough outline will work in the beginning. Just begin writing to help chisel this idea of fitness into your mind.</p>
<p>Visualize the outcome. Allow yourself the pleasure of imagining how fitness will transform your life. You will look great, feel better and have more energy to accomplish more. Plus you will probably become more content with yourself, just knowing you have achieved something you set out to do. Confidence is one of the many rewards of women’s fitness.</p>
<p>Everyone needs inspiration in their lives; it is like food for our soul. But it is how we use the inspiration that sets us apart from everyone else. If you want to find the will to make positive changes in your life, harness the inspiration that comes to you and take control over your life, starting today.</p>

As I get older it has  become more and more important for me to stay healthy and physically fit. I pay close attention to what foods I eat and I stay active throughout the day. Adequate rest and relaxation are also fundamental to my state of mind and body, so I stick to a schedule for bedtime too. </p>
<p>I enjoy five meals instead of the traditional three meals in a typical day. Eating healthy is part of my plan and that includes snacks too. Writing it all down in my fitnessjournal helps to inspire creative twists on ho-hum meals. I make a weekly meal plan and then add all the ingredients that I’ll need to my weekly grocery list. Even though I’ll probably return to the store during the week, this planned method works well to keep me and my family eating wholesome, healthy foods. </p>
<p>To save money, I pay close attention to what fruits and vegetables are in season. When produce can be obtained locally, it is generally less expensive than if it is shipped or flown in from another country. Best of all, local produce will be fresher and that means it usually has a much better taste.</p>
<p>I mention these helpful hints about weekly planning and buying in-season produce to help you save money as often as possible. I hear many times, that women avoid purchasing fresh fruits and veggies because they are so expensive and they have a very short shelf life. If this is a problem for you, try purchasing only the amount of produce that will be eaten in a few days, then return to the store later in the week. Don’t compromise your health; there are ways to eat wholesome foods without breaking the bank.</p>
<p>Those of you concerned about fitness will soon find that a fitness journal can be instrumental to your success. Whether you are looking to gain weight, lose weight or take your workouts to the next level, your journal can be the guiding light to help you reach your goal.</p>
<p>Keeping my body healthy is my inspiration to my diet and exercise program, I mention the fitness journal to you because the act of writing everything down provides the affirmation needed to put this inspiration to work.</p>

<p>Passion can be described as any powerful or compelling emotion or feeling, for instance having a passion for fitness. Much like having a passion for anything else, such as music, those women who have a passion for fitness feel compelled to make it an important and regular part of their lifestyle.</p>
<p>It’s easy to see why many women are passionate about fitness. Exercise and a healthy diet play such an important role in women’s health that it is no wonder that the inspiration to stay fit comes from the passion and the desire to remain healthy. Unfortunately, many women don’t appreciate their health until it is gone.</p>

Inspiration is a powerful tool that gives women the courage to make changes in their lives. But finding the inspiration is not always easy.</p>
<p>Inspiration, it has been said, is a divine influence directly exerted upon the mind and soul. Once a woman is inspired to do something, she becomes influenced to make a way to get that certain thing done, like in the case of exercise. Once a woman becomes inspired to stick to an exercise program, she usually follows through with it. </p>
<p>Of course along with inspiration, it takes commitment and dedication. The three of these add up to a successful exercise and fitness program for women and men. But it all starts with finding inspiration.</p>
<p>Inspiration for women’s fitness can come from all kinds of places. Simply consider the benefits of women’s fitness and it won’t be long before you will feel compelled to exercise more and eat healthier. Weight control can be reason enough for some women to stick to their program. However, others may need more convincing. </p>
<p>Women who exercise regularly and eat a well-balanced diet have a greater chance of successfully controlling their weight. In addition, they are generally stronger, more agile and have a lesser chance of becoming injured while performing normal tasks. </p>
<p>Women who stick to a healthy diet have a less chance of developing diseases such as Type II Diabetes. Combine that with regular exercise and many conditions such as osteoporosis and arthritis can be delayed or even avoided. That’s because strong muscles protect bones and joints from further wear and injury. </p>
<p>Cardio activities such as walking, running, dancing, elliptical training or playing sports all help to strengthen the heart and build endurance. These exercises combined with strength training exercises and a diet rich in vitamins and nutrients while being low in saturated fat, low in sodium, low in cholesterol and low in sugar, will help you to control your weight and lead to a healthy and happy lifestyle. And that’s something to get inspired about. </p>
