When it comes to staying committed to your body, these daily declarations of victory can bring you closer to your fitness and weight loss goals. </p>
<p>Daily affirmations are great tools for any women’s fitness program. When you want to lose weight or do just about any kind of self-improvement, affirmations set the direction and the pace for the mind to follow. A simple practice that doesn’t cost a penny, daily affirmations have the potential to deliver massive results.</p>
<p>That is if you truly believe in your affirmation. Think about that sentiment before you choose the affirmations that you want to say. It’s not enough to just recite an affirmation, you must believe completely in the power to make it happen. You must be committed to making the declaration a reality.</p>
<p>This week, concentrate on eating healthy. If there is a food that you want to abolish from your diet, use your affirmations to rid yourself of the desire for that food. </p>
<p>Affirmations for healthy eating:</p>
<p>•	I enjoy eating healthy food.</p>
<p>•	I stop eating when I am satisfied.</p>
<p>•	I am careful when salting my food.</p>
<p>•	I eat protein at every meal.</p>
<p>•	I watch my sugar intake.</p>

<p>•	Fried foods taste greasy to me.</p>
<p>•	Soft drinks taste too sweet for me.</p>
<p>•	I limit my servings of bread, rice and other starches.</p>
<p>If you tend to eat too many and too much of the wrong kinds of foods, start eliminating them from your diet. Use affirmations to help you curb the desire for these temptations.<br />
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult. It’s the cornerstone of a successful women’s fitness program and the key to losing weight while keeping a nice sexy shape.</p>
<p>Find a place where you won’t be interrupted. Some people like to say their affirmations in front of a mirror, while others choose a place of solitude like their bedroom or even their car. It’s best to be somewhere you can give over complete concentration, and that probably shouldn’t be while you are driving.</p>

<p>The single most important factor to losing weight through daily affirmations is to believe in yourself. Make a commitment to diet and exercise and know that you have the power to make it happen. Keep a positive attitude and focus on the positive aspects of your life and your goals. </p>
<p>Choose affirmations that empower your spirit and instill a positive command to your mind and soul. Concentrate on a few affirmations each day and experience the energy that comes with gaining complete self control in your women’s fitness program.</p>
<p>I’m feeling thinner today.<br />
I know that I am losing weight.<br />
I feel lighter than I did yesterday.<br />
The extra weight is falling off of me.<br />
I am progressing daily.<br />
I love the way I feel.<br />
I will fit into a smaller size any day now.<br />

I feel fit and trim.</p>
<p>To help you stick to your weight loss plan, find the best affirmation for you and write it down on a card. You can find some pretty cards at office supply stores or department stores. Stick it to your mirror and repeat the affirmation to yourself every morning and every night. Try this for 40 days to make it a habit. Concentrate on losing weight and set your mind in action so that it can think to shrink. Repeat with the next affirmation and so on. </p>
<p>Along with affirmations, visualization is another excellent tool to help you lose weight. Take time as you repeat your affirmations to see yourself at your ideal weight. Visualize how you will look in a swimsuit, a cute black dress or completely naked. </p>
<p>Affirmations are a great way to start and end the day. When you start the day with these positive words you set your mind to task, when you end the day with affirmations you cleanse your mind with positive words that heal and strengthen. </p>

<p>Affirmations give my mind a path to follow, these little declarations for success command my brain to plot a course of action. </p>
<p>So how does all of this fit in to a women’s fitness program? Affirmations play a powerful role in helping women reach their fitness goals. The more positive the affirmation—the better the results. However, there is one catch…</p>
<p>You see, affirmations are more than just telling yourself that you are going to do something. In order for them to really work, you must believe in the affirmation. You must believe with your mind and heart that you can and will accomplish this affirmation. But that should not restrict the level of your commitment. In other words don’t just choose something easy to affirm to.</p>
<p>Affirmations should challenge you to a task. They should help you to work towards goals that you seek for yourself. This is important because only your goals will work for you, not the goals someone else seeks for you.</p>
<p>Each day or each week, concentrate on a different area of your life that you would like to improve. If there is a food that you want to abolish from your diet, use your affirmations to rid yourself of the desire for that food. If you need help getting through your exercise routine, choose affirmations that energize and strengthen your spirit.</p>
<p>If you aren’t sure about saying affirmations there are a few sample affirmations below to help you get started.</p>
<p>Diet Affirmations</p>
<p>I eat 5 to 7 servings of vegetables each day.<br />

You may have one or two that you repeat each day, or you may concentrate on a different area of your life each day. The important thing is that you give your full attention and believe the words that you say.</p>
<p>Affirmations that are repeated without meaning, will soon become empty words that render little results. It is better to say a few meaningful words than to recite a speech that has lost its heart and soul.</p>
<p>For instance you might declare that you are losing weight. Another affirmation would be  to say, “I am exercising for 30 minutes today.” If you will repeat the latter every day for a week, you will find that your mind pulls you toward completing that goal. You will begin to feel like exercising and that it is a part of your everyday life.</p>
<p>Affirmations work for other areas of your life too. Affirmations can be used to improve your relationships and the manner in which you deal with different situations. Give them a try for at least a week and see the successful results. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain, including a thinner, more youthful looking you. Repeating daily affirmations will actually coax your brain into a conspiracy to do what you command. By using affirmations as part of your tools for fitness you will find that it is one of the easier ways to get your body and mind in shape.</p>
<p>If you have never used affirmations before, I encourage you to give them a try for at least a week. Repeating phrases to yourself, preferably in front of a mirror is the best way to get the most out of your affirmations. They don’t have to be long, but they must be sincere. You must first believe that it is within your power to bring these commands to fruition.</p>
<p>One example would be to state that you will exercise for 30 minutes each day. Repeat this affirmation every day for one week. It’s a no-brainer, because you know that you can certainly fulfill that affirmation, but even if you feel too tired, you need only to call that affirmation up and realize that it is a command to yourself that you need to make happen. </p>
<p>Once you state the affirmation, it is as if you have given a job command to someone who works for you, you should expect it to get done. It is an order, not something that gets done if there is time, but an actual command and you should expect results. </p>
<p>I like to say my affirmations each morning before I go out to begin my day. It’s a great way to start the day and helps to focus my mind on what I want to accomplish. Affirmations are also instrumental before retiring to bed, as it helps to feed the brain and allow it to sleep on the goals that you have set before it. You may want to experiment saying affirmations in the morning one week and the next week saying them before bedtime, or just when the sun is setting, which for some people can be a time for reflection.</p>

If you have ever used visualization techniques then you already know how much power your mind can have over your actions. Affirmations work the same way, they are powerful words that give precise instructions to your mind.</p>
<p>Once your mind has been instructed of your goal, it will perform as if you have already conquered that goal. However, what you say must be sincere. You must believe that you can achieve it in order to bring it to reality. Thus my motto, believe it to achieve it.</p>
<p>Starting your day off with affirmations tells your brain that you really want this goal and you whole-heartedly believe that it is possible to accomplish it. There should be no signs of doubt that you can indeed make it happen. Repeating the same affirmation each day, readdresses the need, but may lead to boredom and complacency. Each night, choose your daily affirmation and make a decision on how you want to say your affirmations.</p>
<p>Many people find it helpful to say their affirmations in front of a mirror. This way they can look themselves straight in the eye and without hesitation or disbelief repeat their affirmations. Others like to repeat their affirmations during their morning prayer or meditation. Just choose a time that works best for you.</p>
<p>Affirmations can work for nearly any area of your life. I find it extremely helpful for weight loss and taking my fitness program to the next level. Not only is it instrumental in my exercise program, it keeps me on faithful to my diet and keeps me from falling to temptation. </p>
<p>Daily affirmations don’t need to be long winded. Usually a few words or a sentence is perfect for setting the mind in motion and putting your goal on the fast track to success.</p>

<p>Repeating your daily affirmations helps to supercharge your mind to follow whatever you tell it. By doing this everyday at approximately the same time each day will soon become a habit that your mind, body and spirit will crave. Use this time for positive thoughts, pushing out any negativity that tries to invade this process.</p>
<p>When you decide to make women’s fitness a priority in your life, you begin to examine your diet and exercise regimen. Certainly there are changes that you will want to make in order to get in your best shape. Affirmations are one of the secret skills that you will learn at Fitness4Her that will help you achieve the body that you desire.</p>
<p>Affirmations allow you to take control over your eating habits and keep you motivated to not only stick to an exercise program, but to excel in your fitness goals. Your mind will actually listen to and feed off these daily commands and you will soon see the results of your efforts.</p>
<p>Remember that affirmations must be repeated with all sincerity. You must actually believe what you say. You see, if you don’t believe it, then it never will happen. Without your trust and belief, they are just empty words that fall on deaf ears. In other words, it is your strong belief that gives these affirmations the power to change your life. You must believe it in order to achieve it.</p>
<p>So if you believe in what you say, and you repeat these affirmations daily, you will convince your mind that this thing is possible. If you tell yourself that you will eat healthy and you repeat it daily, you will begin to make changes in the way that you eat. When you go against your affirmations it is much like going against your sub conscious. Your brain will send impulses to remind you of your affirmations. At that time, it is looking for some validation as to why you aren’t following your own commands. </p>
<p>Taking control of your life with affirmations is easy to do. First you decide what you want to change, then decide on the affirmations that you will choose to repeat. Without fail, stand in front of a mirror and repeat these affirmations to yourself, daily. For best results, at the end of the day write down how well you followed the affirmations. This will help to seal the deal and give you the control you need to make fitness a priority in your life.</p>

<p>Affirmations are a gift that you give to your psyche to boost its power and bring your dreams to reality. Instead of internalizing your goals, write them down on paper and repeat them to yourself. Then turn the goal into affirmations to command your mind to take action. You may be surprised at how well this works, especially if your goal is to get physically fit. </p>
<p>Women’s fitness is my goal for life. I believe a healthy body is the foundation for everything I want to do in life. I feel great and I want to look great too. Plus a physically fit body is much more able to take care of the many jobs that I tackle each day. Fitness ensures me that my body will be strong enough to not only withstand but also welcome the challenges that I face each day. </p>
<p>Below are some of the affirmations that I have used in the past and that I have shared with many of the women I have trained.</p>
<p>1.	I will eat healthy today.</p>
<p>2.	I am losing weight.</p>
<p>3.	My clothes fit better because I am losing pounds and inches.</p>
<p>4.	I feel stronger because I exercise.</p>
<p>5.	Exercise makes me feel exhilarated.</p>
<p>6.	I crave fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p>7.	My body is improving every day.</p>
<p>8.	I love my body.</p>
<p>9.	I am full of energy.</p>
<p>10.	I am beautiful today.</p>

<p>Self-doubt is why many women find it difficult to rely on affirmations. However, affirmations are a great way to place a visible target in your mind to keep you focused on your goal. Your ability to believe in yourself is the key to your success. While you know for a fact that people can and do lose weight, there is self-doubt within you that says you failed before…be careful you might fail again.</p>
<p>In order to achieve something as difficult as changing your diet, you must first believe that it is possible. You need to affirm these beliefs by making positive declarations about the success of your diet program. By repeating these affirmations you train your brain to think to shrink. </p>
<p>I love to eat healthy foods.</p>
<p>My body looks beautiful because I exercise.</p>
<p>I am becoming stronger every day.</p>
<p>I will exercise for an additional 15 minutes today.</p>
<p>I feel confident and beautiful.</p>
<p>These affirmations will make you feel beautiful and strong, they give absolute commands that your brain will find easy to follow. If you repeat these daily to yourself, your mind will replace these positive phrases with old negative thoughts that invade your brain. </p>
<p>If you want success in your life, take a tip from the ultra successful people who know how to get things done. Try daily affirmations for a week or two and see if they work for you. Believe it to achieve it. </p>

<p>See it with your eyes. Visualization is a process where you envision the new you, the person who is physically fit, on top of her game, able to conquer the challenges that come her way. </p>
<p>1.	Listen with your ears. Everyone loves a good listener, even you. Why not give yourself the same respect and attention that you extend to others. With complete attention given to your affirmations, say them aloud and listen to the words as you repeat your declarations. Fully believe that each of your affirmations is true and completely possible to achieve.</p>
<p>2.	Reach out and touch it. As you repeat your affirmations, let the feeling of success flood over you. Allow yourself to really concentrate on what fitness will mean to you. Perhaps a chance to play with your children or grandchildren, maybe it’s to walk on the beach without feeling self conscious, allow the driving force behind your weight loss goals to fill your mind. Grasp that force and take ownership of the desire to become the person that you want to be.</p>
<p>3.	Consistency trains the brain. Try to say your affirmations at the same time each day. The morning is usually the best time, as it readies your mind for the day’s tasks and sets it on the path to success. Even if you only allow yourself 5 minutes, try to make it the same time of day for the best results. </p>
<p>4.	Go to your private place. When you say your affirmations, retreat to a private area of your home for the privacy you need to concentrate on what you are saying. Repeating them in front of a mirror has the advantage of being able to look yourself in the eye and know that what you are saying is possible. </p>
<p>5.	If you want to achieve it, you must first believe it. As I said in the beginning, you must believe it to achieve it. Believe in your affirmations. Don’t say things to yourself that you simply do not believe is possible. If you want to make it simple, concentrate on just one affirmation each day or each week. Repeat this command to yourself daily and you will begin to see the results. Believe that you can… and soon you will find that affirmations work for you, too.</p>
