What is it about these words that make them an asset to any successful fitness or weight loss program? Can just speaking these words empower you to stay on a diet? Well to begin with, your diet is your way of life. It is the way that you eat. Women choosing a healthy diet shouldn’t be just about losing weight.
Much of your happiness and your success in life are controlled by the thoughts you hold in your subconscious mind. You are what you think you are. If you start the day off with a positive attitude chances are your day will end positively.
Developing a positive mindset is one of the most powerful weight loss strategies there is. Using powerful positive thinking techniques, visualizations and positive affirmations, will make it possible to achieve whatever you desire.
Positive affirmations are your brain’s way of redirecting your body’s energy to keep you motivated. The brain cannot see or hear it only reacts to the stimuli that you feed it. Negative affirmations like: “I am always tired” or “Why can’t I ever do anything right?” Only serve to reinforce negative energy and stand in the way of your progress.
Affirmations and gratitude changed my life. Affirming what I want and putting my words on paper helps me to focus on my goal. When I acknowledge all that I have to be thankful for, a feeling of peacefulness and satisfaction surround me.
Every single thought I have and every sentence I speak is an affirmation. I use my affirmations wisely. My new affirmation habit is to only speak of the good that I want in my life. This keeps me focused on the positive and actually causes so many good things to come to me.
Have you ever noticed a waning in your motivation right prior to leaving for the gym? Deep down, you know that you will be happy that you worked out, rather than sitting here on your butt. However, your mind starts rolling over all of the reasons you shouldn’t go to the gym.

As she thinks…so she is.
Are you a winner or a loser? If you think you are defeated, then you are. If you think you are successful, then you are. Now, that’s not saying that you are successful in everything that you do, but you are successful at something, probably lots of things. The point is, [...]
Before we can benefit from self-affirmations, we need to learn about the effects of negativity in our lives. We need to stop the negative self-scripts that play over and over in our minds.
Are you holding on to regrets of the past? Have you refused to forgive yourself for failing to be perfect? Do you dwell on disappointment? Is all this negativity putting a strain on your health and well-being?
Break free from all the torture and pain of regret and disillusionment. Refuse to be a prisoner of the past. You cannot undo anything that has already happened. Leave the past in the past. While you might not be able to do much about something you did wrong yesterday, you can do much to make things right today.
I work with some of the most beautiful women in the world. The women that I train are attractive females, but sadly, many of them refuse to believe it.
I am often surprised and disappointed by the typical woman’s need to belittle herself when she is around other women. You know what I am talking about because you’ve either witnessed this behavior or have been a part of it. The conversation will go something like this scenario.
I believe that every woman is a beautiful being. Created perfectly, complete with flaws unique only to her. By empowering the beauty within us, we embrace our unique beauty, we celebrate our power, and we allow ourselves to become significant.
